seri i love BB messenger we should def message eachother. so my curve is bustabusted ATT is mailing me a new one it better be here before thursday cause I need it for this Jonas weekend.

i don't know why they're not sending me a pearl! maybe because they have already had to send me two since i got my first one less than a year ago!

My piece of sh!t Pearl broke.. for real. Pice of sh!t won't charge. Took it to AT&T today.. and they just sent me home with a number to call. Called the number when I got home.. and now they're sending me to some AT&T Service Parts Center to troubleshoot it. WTF.. just send me a f*cking phone. HOWEVER.. the chick on the phone was nice and said that the Parts people can give me a new one right then and there when I go so I won't have to wait however many days for a new phone. WTF.. this phone isn't even a year old yet. AND.. tell me why the sales rep told me there's insurance for PDA's now?? I was like.. UH NO, lady, when I got my phone in January the dude told me they didn't have phone insurance for PDA's so I cancalled the phone insurance I had for my RAZR. And she was like.. oh, we started insuring PDA's in June. WTF.. if I had known that sh!t? I would've added back my phone insurance so I won't have to be dealing with this bullsh!t right now. The nearest place is like a half hour drive from me.. and I don't get outta work tomorrow till 5.. at rush hour of course.. UGH. Sorry.. I just had to vent  |

Joh i completely understand your problem. Mine would charge but the trackball wouldn't work. I got my pearl last september and they had to send me a new one a few months later and then another one about a month later. the troubleshooting never worked. after it messed up for a third time the girl offered me a curve instead of sending another pearl. she actually said she had problems with her pearl too.
hang in there and maybe eventually you will get a nice new curve too!
