I don't have internet on my phone, either! My mom was like.. you don't need email. It's stupid, though.. I have a PDA phone without a data plan, lmao.
No, seriously.. I didn't use internet for my ringtones! I made them with some free ringtone maker off the net on my computer.. then I put them in my phone. My phone came with a USB connection so you can put crap in your phone. I used to have a RAZR before this one and did the same thing, too.. well.. my sis had to buy a cord because it didn't come with it. OR just have people bluetooth you ringtones!
Shoot.. when we meet up.. I will bluetooth all my JB ringtones to you.
