Well DJ is getting divorced, lol. Not that that's a good thing, but ya know...Just sayin. okay what pics do you want?? lol. I love looking at people's pictures especially from concerts or meeting people. I actually need to try to meet some of these people I see. Back to actual Paramore thread... Ok, the concert last night was amazing!!!!!! My friends and I were right up against the stage and then everyone started pushing during the 2nd band and my friend almost passed out. So, we moved, but we still had a good place. The first band that performed was "Conditions". They are AMAZING!!! If you have a myspace check them out. They are really good and SUPER HOT!!! I don't remember who the 2nd band was because I was too busy helping my friend. Then Phantom Planet came out and blew the stage up! They are amazing. Alex decided right before the last song that he wanted to stage dive and crowd surf from the front to the back of the crowd. My friends and I were close to the back, but somehow I got split up from them because everybody wanted to touch Alex (I mean, who blames them... right). So, he starts coming towards and he looks at me and he is like can you help me down. I literally wrapped my arms around his waist and helped him down. I look down at my shirt and I now have Alex's man sweat all over it. It was pretty hot! Then Paramore went on and it was just incredible. Haley is a spaz on stage, but they are great live. I highly recommend everyone checking out Phantom Planet and Paramore live. And check out Conditions on myspace. After the show we went over to the side door where the stage was. I got to meet the lead singer of Conditions. He is super nice, and I hate to say this, but he could put NickJ's arms to shame (but Nick is untouchable for a 15 year old). Next the bass player for Phantom Planet walked by, and nobody really stopped him. And then Alex came out the door and I was like OMG. I walked over to him, and was like "you guys did great tonight. Totally awesome show!" and he gave me a high five. We were standing there talking, and then all these girls ran up wanting their picture made with him. So, that was it for our conversation. And I wanted my picture made with him... but here is the tragedy, I discovered my camera was dead when I got to the venue. Oh well. I just thought I would tell you guys about the concert! MMM...I love me some Alex. And the bass player's name is Sam. WE LOVE SAM!! I wish Jason still drummed for them.
I'm glad you had such a good time!! I told you PP would rock, and they never disappoint!! One of these days I'll scan my PP pics and show ya. Did you see Darren and Jaque?! They are such nice guys. I used to talk to Darren, and he was nice enough to put us on the guest list for their show they did when they opened for Incubus.
Haley is crazzzzyyy on stage!! I need to see them again. I wont lie, I was pretty terrified in Detroit of all the crowd surfers. But the security guys were AMAZING at pulling people out without hurting us.
I have a phobia of crowd surfers. Mag and I went to see SUM41 a long time ago and we had front row, and this HUGE GUY went right over my head but the security wasn't strong enouh to lift him up and over, so they dropped him on my head, and my face hit the barricade and I was bleeding all over the place. They pulled me out, and I went and sat somewhere by myself with ice all my nose lol. Then I went and stood in the back by myself, and someone threw gum in my hair. What a great night!

Darren and Jaque were no where to be found after the show. I am still pissed at my camera. I didn't even think to charge it because I thought it was charged. I wouldnt mind seeing Sum41... they need to tour some more. And I am sorry that you had such a bad time. Like the gum in the hair was just like icing on the cake. But, that sucks! They should have given you backstage passes or something for all your hardship. ♥ |

Oh I know. SUM just did a tour last year. Yellowcard, Monty Are I and Amber Pacific opened for them. It was a good one!!
