Tarrant County records indicate that members of the Jonas Brothers granted power of attorney to their mother, Denise Jonas, for the purpose of buying a six-bedroom house in Vaquero, a gated community in Westlake [Dallas area].
The documents were signed June 12, reports WFAA.
The real estate agent who listed the house on Wisteria Way
at more than $2.8 million confirmed Monday that it had been sold, but said the contract prohibited her from commenting further. The publicist for the group, which began a nationwide tour last month, declined to comment.

If its true, sounds like a much better deal for them. They'd each have their own bedroom and hopefully not so many stalkerazzi photos of them taking out the garbage. Finally a little bit of privacy, at least from non neighbors. lol

They got kicked out by the neighbors who are mad at them for pakring on the street. ;D Or Kevin demanded his own room for his 21st birthday.

You KNOW Nick's got to be loving that too - as much as he adores Frankie, he has to want his own space. House is gorgeous, if it's the same one as everyone says it is.

I cant figure out who is more of a saint. Kevin for being almost 21 and still deciding to live with his parents and share a room with his little brother who happens to be crazy...
Or Nick for being 15 and sharing a room with an 7yr old.... I choose Kevin because he still has to put up with Nick*Joe's abuse

They mention the new house in the Rolling Stone article. I believe they said that they bought it kinda to be used as a vacation home. From the sound of it - it seems as if they have already spent some time there as Kevin mentions hoping into a golf cart from the home to go play golf.

I honestly think the living room and outside is ugly; I hate brown always have always will. But everything else was really nice. I wanna see kevin and Joe's room; and I want Kevin's old bed.  |
