Agree 100%. Everybody dates around... no matter what your age especially if you are "single". And I also agree that if I was the girlfriend, I would be scared for my life. I wouldn't want people to know because of all the hate and unwanted publicity you would get. But, at the same time I agree with Lori. If I was dating I wouldn't want my boyfriend telling people he is single. But deep down I would know it was for the best. It's a complete double-ended sword. No matter if they are dating or not... I wish them both happiness (everybody deserves that).

P.S. Martin - the lead singer from Boys Like Girls - is SOOOOO HOT! I would totally date him!

I remember once listening to one of those VH1 rock exposes, and they were talking to the girlfriend of some member of a boy band and she talked about how absolutely vicious the fans could be - how she'd walk through the lobby of a hotel and get called every name in the book, how she'd get literally pushed out of the way when she was with her boyfriend. That's when it becomes WAYYYYYYY over the top. But yeah, anything that gives the Jonases a little bit of "normal" life is good - and that includes dating.

she was Jonathan Knight [from New Kids on the Block]'s girlfriend.
(but he's gay now.. so this was like back when they were huge)
& she was really sad because a year before that [when NKOTB were opening for HER] these were the same girls who were cheering and crying for her - now they all hated her because of who she was dating.

Yeah! It was thinking Backstreet Boys but New Kids sounds more right. I just can't imagine doing that to someone but I'm sure it happens a lot. Yikes. Speaking of girlfriends, I remember years ago going to a Poison concert and some chick who was supposedly Bret's date for the night came out to the edge of the stage all dressed like a tight clothesed rocker chick and basically glared into the crowd for a few minutes. Guess that was our cue to leave her man alone. It was funny.

I saw them 8 zillion times when they opened for KISS one year. Half the fun is seeing the creepy crowd there. You haven't lived until you've been to a KISS expo - freak city.

I see where the Tay/Joe story is going to be on the cover of People Magazine.

Someone posted the cover with a pic of Joe in the corner and the caption said something like "Joe Jonas Dating Taylor Swift." Not sure if there's an article to go with it, or just a mention inside. I heard an interview with them today and when they asked Nick and Joe if they were dating anyone, they said "pass". That's probably not a bad answer to just give all the time. I think I would if I were them.

I don't think she is annoying, I think her music is annoying. I have nothing against the girl, just her music. Sorry, I hate country music. When you live in Kansas, the majority of people only listen to country music, and I absolutely hate it. In high school, every single one of my friends only listened to country music and I was the odd one out b/c I liked pop and punk and rock.
