Is anyone else worried that these three are going to burn themselvs out extrememly fast if they keep working at this pace? They keep jumping from tour to tour, now a new one is coming up as soon as the old one is done, plus the Avril thing, then they have to promote Camp Rock, release and promote their new cd, and possibly record J.O.N.A.S. Im really expecting one of them to have a nervous breakdown or something. I wouldnt ask this on the other board because there are too many kids there who would just get offended by the suggestion that they would be tired. But we are all adults here and is anyone else a little worried?

Yes! I really hope that their parents insist somewhere in there that there are rest breaks where they have a chance to just be kids, as much as they can any more without being mobbed. Just the constant shuttling back and forth and all the shows and interviews and constantly having to be "on display". I think their parents will do a good job of that because they have such a close family and I would think they'd be very sensitive to that.

I think if anything one of them is going to have an anxiety attack or have like dehydration or something. But, hopefully they know their limits and know when to just take a break. And they have a great support team. Their mother and father are both super influential people and only do what is best for their boys. I think they will see that some things might be too much and draw the line. Or at least I like to think that they would do that. But, I have no doubt in the guys that somehow they will manage to fit everything in and do it with a smile on their face! =) ♥

You know it's funny because I have thought about this.. the boys possibly burning themselves out, that is. It reminds me so much of back in the day to what I call "my *NSYNC days" and *NSYNC was like everywhere. I mean, they were promoting their records like crazy and going on all the awards shows, talk shows, radio stations, magazine shoots, blah, blah, blah. I remember watching interviews and all the boys would look SUPER tired and have raspy voices, bags under the eyes, the whole nine yards. I guess when you're hitting it big and people know your face, you take advantage of it by continuing to promote yourself. Like the rest of you, I hope they give themselves enough days off to recuperate. If anything.. i'm envious of their crazy busy schedule!

And they have the advantage of being family on their bus so if something is really bothering them, they can barricade the door and just talk it out. Probably more of a team feeling than other bands, where it can get to be "every man for himself". Plus I have to hand it to the Denise and Kevin, who travel with them and protect them. My daughter and I met Corbin Bleu this summer and his father is the same way - always there to encourage and protect.

Even Britney had breaks in between her work and she still lost her mind. I was a BSB fan and I remember them doing alot of work when a cd came out and then they went touring. But these guys keep jumping from tour to tour plus are going to have to shoot a tv show, unless they all have decided to shelve that.

I would like to think that the guys are a little more grounded than Britney Spears and BSB. And maybe they like staying busy, I know I do. It keeps me sane and focused. Let's just hope for the best! I know are guys can do it! =) ♥

And I love the idea that they sport the purity rings too, especially with all the temptations. Some girls will be very lucky to hook those guys for life some day.

My friend brought up a good point to me last night: they are doing a summer tour, and then their album comes out. So they will be doing an album tour, correct? I know these guys love what they do and I love that they do it, but they are going to get sick of this really quick.
I think that the Band in a Bus thing is cool...but I think that that is part of their problem with being on tour all the time -- they didn't take a break to record the album, they did it while they were on tour. When artists take breaks from touring, recording an album is usually what they're doing.

I hope they dont get BURNT OUT on the BURNING UP tour..haha.
As far as not taking an actual break and recording the record...considering their fan base, it's probably best that they didnt. I know they have super dedicated fans, but does anyone remember what happened to Hanson? After their 1998 tour, they hit the studio to begin working on "This Time Around" and they were non-existant through ALL of 1999. They lost SO many fans over that year because they were MIA. TTA came out in 2000, and yeah they had their die-hard fans, that they still have today...but things just weren't the same after the "Hanson depression of 99" hahaha.
But for some reason, I don't see that happening to the JB anytime soon. Hopefully, anyway.

I am actually kind of hoping for that... is that sad?! ♥

Why would you wish someone to fail just so you can meet them? I wish them all the success they can possibly squeeze out of this teenybopper trend. I hope they get even bigger before the music industry starts to swing the other way towards hip hop and rap again. I was never a Hanson fan but I was a BSB fan for about 3years and I do agree that out of sight out of mind. But there is also overexposure and if they dont want to take a break to record their album at least go one for a month and take a breather. There is a difference between just recording an album and touring, and the constant work the Jonas Brothers are doing. You have to balance the two so you will remain successful but not have a nervous breakdown.

all i have to say is...AS LONG AS THEY'RE HAPPY...that's all that matters.
i appreciate the upcoming tour, and everything they're doing for the fans, but i just hope they know that it IS okay to take a break.
