no. its yeast extract. its SO gross. kinda like what the australians have, vegemite. ive had a lot of gross things, this is more gross than any chinese food ive had.

Yeah, total deja vu. Somewhere in this madness.. we definitely talked about the love for the British accent. If I didn't have that conversation with you.. then it must have been someone else. And yes.. that Bachelor man is FINE. I love how I always forget about that show and keep missing it.. UGH.
