Maybe I'm just PMSing but, I've emailed musictoday and myspace and they're not returning emails. I emailed musictoday about an order and they're not getting back to me and it's been days. I emailed them again today and I wrote in the email that I'm going to keep emailing them until I get an answer. I emailed myspace because I can't remember my password because my friend screwed up my computer. I've got the "password retrieval" thing and I was four days and nothing. So, I emailed the customer service people and they responded with all of this crap that I could do and I'm like "I don't want that. I just want my password!!." UGH!!! I don't have time to deal with shoot like this.

Hmm...as far as myspace goes, didn't you just hit "forgot password" and have it sent to your email address??
PMSing or not, I totally feel you. I would be really aggravated with the musictoday. Did you not get your order or something?

that is annoying. customer service sucks sometimes. those people are seriously idiots sometimes. that is why they have those jobs.

Psh. Mag and I went to denny's at like 2 am last week during the week sometime, and besides us, there were 2 other tables with people. I think we were there for almost 2 hours because our waitress was SOOO SLOW. We were ready to get up and leave...and there is a comment/suggestion box up by where you pay, and Justin (Stalker) was like "Offer dental insurance" hahahahaha. I almost died.

I hit the "password retrival" thing for myspace but, it's been four days and I still haven't gotten the email with my password. It should take minutes not days. Now myspace says that I have to write down all my account information and take a picture of me holding it to verify me. I pre-ordered the new JB cd from the fanclub which is run by musictoday and I haven't heard anything about it since. It's been almost a month and I'm worried that they never got the order. Of course I don't know if they got the order or not because THEY WON'T EMAIL ME BACK!

Well, it's only been a month, and the CD isn't even out yet...so maybe it will take a bit of time? Be optimistic about it. I'm sure everythings fine As far as Myspace goes...I dunno. Maybe try hitting forgot password again, and see if it works this time?

Threre's a number but, it's not a 1-800 number. I just think that after almost a month it would show up in my "order status." I just want them to say "Yes, we got the order" or "No, we haven't." I don't think that that should be hard for them but, I guess that it is.
