The Sun Run

so yesterday, i ran in the world's largest 10k run in vancouver (duh). lol. it was my first time doing it. the 2nd largest is in atlanta. we just became the largest this year with over 59,000 people. that is insane



i did the 10k in 1:10:45 and placed 22442 out of over 59,000. and it was freakin cold! it was about 40*F yesterday morning. i was at the white balloons in the middle.

my dad is 53 and he did it in 1 hour. man, he beat me. haha. well, he's training for the marathon so he should have been faster. lol. crazy.

WOW! I am honestly jealous...I couldn't run that long if my life depended on it. I'm starting to run, so maybe I'll be able to keep up with you sometime soon...haha

i was like that too. but then high school kids and 40-year old ppl started passing me so i was like, i'm more fit than u. i'm gonna start running. lol.

My brother has run in TONS of marathons, I'd love to be able to at least run a half one-one day maybe a full. I need to get into alot better of shape before then. but congrats way to gooo!

my 16 year old brother is doing it. he did a half-marathon without training (idiot, lol) and the next day, hilarious watching him walk up and down stairs. my dad's done the half. i dont' think i would ever put myself through it cause i hate running. both my brother and my dad are gonna do the marathon. lol. i can't imagine people doing the ironman, now THAT is torture
