ARE SO STUPID!!!! ive called them so many times.

1st time:
me: can i get transferred to customer relations
him: no
me: why not?
him: unless ur cancelling, u can't.

cause i'm on a corporate account, my dad set it up so i need him to call in so that my name is on the acount so i can change it. i was like, the reason I am calling is cause my dad is too busy to deal with this pointless SH*T!

so i call back and forth, 5th time calling now.
me: can i get transfered to customer relations?
them: why?
me: :pulling my hair out: cause i talked to them earlier and they said it was ok
them: what is your name
me: denise (in a braty attitude)
them: your name isn't on the account
me: WTF, i just got my secretary to do it
them: oh, ok. i see the memo now
me: (thinking, idiot.) they said it was ok for me to ask for customer relations
them: what were u talking to them about?
me: (WHY THE F*CK DOES IT MATTER TO YOU?) CAUSE I WAS CALLING TO CANCEL MY PLAN (YOU F*CKING MORON)!!!!!!
them: well, i can help you with that
me: no you can't. they said that it was ok for me to get transfered
them: oh ya. i see that memo now.

DUH U F*CKING MORON! omg. i hate them. sorry if any of u know any of them, my cousin is one of them and i love hearing his stories. and he laughs that i get so worked up over this.

so in the end, i did get a better phone deal. finally. god.

at one point in my life i was ready to go on a rampage and kill everyone who worked for verizon lol.

when my dad died i obviously had to cancel his line. i submitted the death certificate like they requested and then was told it was a done deal. well they still charged us for his line for 6 months. they threathed to cancel our plan and turn us in to the credit bureau numerous times. in the end i wasted like a month of my life on the phone with them and submitted 3 death certificates. friggin retards.
