So. We all know. I'm from Cali.. so I was raised a Lakers fan. However, my pops was a big Larry Bird fan back in his heyday so I was naturally a Celtics fan, too.
I'm torn.
Lakers and the Celtics.
I LOVE both teams.
I own a throwback Larry Bird jersey.
I wore it during Game 1.. while I was cheering for the Lakers, though. Baha.
Anyone else watching the NBA Finals??
Who are you rooting for? Who's your team?
I love both teams.. so it works for me either way, I guess. However.. living out here in New England for the past few years.. I'm SLIGHTLY a little more impartial to the Celtics.

I'm actually torn too! I'm more rooting for the Celtics mainly because Paul Pierce is on the team and he used to play for KU which is my #1 college basketball team.
BUT my brother lives outside of LA and is a huge Lakers fan and he expects me to be on his side. So, I think I'd be happy no matter what happens, but I'd be happiest if Boston won.

Aww, I feel your pain, baha.
I'm just glad it's these two teams for the finals. I wanted it to be L.A. and Boston.
SO.. I missed practically the whole game last night.. I passed out drunk, HA HA. Boston won.. even though L.A. made up a lot of ground towards the end, I heard, but it obviously was too little too late.
Again.. TORN. Like you said, though.. I'll be happy either way it goes.

I'm sure the Lakers are happy to be playing at home for the next two games. It's gonna be a nuthouse at the Staples Center, for sure.
I watched the last game pretty hammered, lmao. I don't think I watched the whole game.. I obviously passed out.

Celtics play much better when they are at home, but hopefully they do alright in LA.
