Hey guys! I was just wondering if anybody has ever been to Warped Tour. I have wanted to go the past 4 years, but something seems to always come up; conflicting date, no money, etc. Anyways... I was just wondering what it is like, how does it work, is it pure chaos, etc? Thanks! ♥ |

When I lived back home in CA.. I had PLENTY of opportunities to go but always had things come up as well.
A friend of mine went a few years ago when Fall Out Boy headlined. She said she had a blast. She also said that, yes, it was absolutely insanity but really fun. I'm thinking moshpits, so just steer clear of those. The last time I was caught in one of those was at a Green Day concert.. insanity.

I have never gone, but I kinda wish that I had...Yellowcard was there I'm assuming a few times..I jumped on THAT train WAY too late.

yeah I am debating on going... I am just trying to get as much info about it before I make my decision because my 15 year old cousin wants to go too. And we were going to to go together but I just don't know if we could handle it. I am sure I could, I just don't know about her. This really I would go to see: Reel Big Fish, Family Force 5, The Pink Spiders, the Horror Pops, We the Kings, Anberlin, Gym Class Heroes... and a couple or more... so it would definitely be worth it. I saw Anberlin a couple months ago..and I prefer their cd's over their live performance. But that's just me. I would say go for it, there may be bands there that you aren't familiar with yet, that you will end up loving. I wish I would have gone to past Warped Tours. I probably wont attend it this year, again, but it's really not something I am worried about. But I think you should go, and have fun  |

okay, when i went in milwaukee, they had a bunch of mini stages set up like everywhere, two bigger stages, then BAM! huge one...which is where most of the ridiculously well known acts are put. honestly, not as crazy as everyone thinks unless you're in the middle of a mosh pit or something like i ended up in for Four Letter Lie.

hahaha i hate mosh pits.
and i hated having a huge crowd surfer dropped on my head at SUM41.
i hit my face on the barricade. i wasn't happy.

i would have started punching people if someone got dropped on my head...
actually at boys like girls someone kicked me.
then i almost ripped their shoe off and was going to throw it at them..hahaha.
